EVELINE TARUNADJAJA

Eveline Tarunadjaja was born and raised in an air-conditioned Indonesia. When the late nineties came by, Eveline found herself quite at home in Melbourne, Australia. Her artwork evolved from a procrastinating hobby to a passionate love affair with sugar-coated loneliness and mischievous imagery. Now recognised by the intricate detail of cascading hair she illustrates, Eveline’s work has been featured in various publications and seen on apparel labels such as Hurley and Anna Sui.

With a love for stories and fungus to keep her inspired, Eveline’s delicate style is forever evolving and will surely drive her mad one day. Which will no doubt make her work even more intriguing.

THINGS THAT MAKE ME SMILE

1

I’m back!  After a lot of hard work on my exams and deadlines, I finally have some time to blog again.  I had the best week so far, I saw Sean Paul (hilarious), AKS and Buscemi at Afro Latino festival in Bree, Parov Stelar (one of the best shows I’ve ever seen!), K’s Choice and Customs at Eupen Musik Marathon, and I spend 2 days with 50 fellow architect students in a house near the beach.  But the best is yet to come: tomorrow I’m leaving for Barcelona with my best friend.  It’s going to be an amazing summer!
